About Me
Dr. Rakesh Srivastava (PhD, MBA, FRSM, FRSPH) is a scientist, professor, inventor, administrator, and entrepreneur. He has dedicated his life to understanding novel phenomena, discovering new drugs for the treatment of human diseases, teaching and mentoring students, fellows, and junior faculty, and providing his services to government organizations, charities, and underserved populations. By nature, he is curious, patient, courageous, detail-oriented, persistent, creative, communicative, open-minded and free of bias, and a critical thinker and problem-solver. All these qualities contributed significantly to his successful career. Dr. Rakesh Srivastava believes in the servant leadership style, where employee improvement is the key to the success of the organization. Employees’ performance can be elevated by enhancing the company’s culture and caring for employees.
